TasHeel works closely with the Ministry of Hajj, the Ministry of Interior and all Umra companies that provide transportation and lodging. By providing all Umra companies with continuous 24-7 support at points of entry, TasHeel helps motamireen reach their destination in an orderly way. TasHeel’s vital support of the motamireen at points of entry and exit allow other parties involved with transportation and lodging to expedite their primary function and make the pilgrimage a wonderful experience for every motamireen.

Services

In 2005 March, TasHeel won the prestigious contract from Ministry of Hajj for providing Meet n' Assist services for Umrah passengers. Despite the short time frame given to establish the operations, TasHeel far exceeded the expectations of Ministry of Haj by processing over 2 million passengers' movements in the first year of operations.

TasHeel provide meet and assist services to Umrah pilgrims arriving into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The pilgrims are received from the port of entry upon their arrival and handed over to the respective Umrah operators.

A dedicated team of skilled employees ensures each passenger a warm hospitality upon their arrival and departure.

The establishment of TasHeel and its round the clock recording all relevant passport information of passengers (Data and Images) enabled the Government Authorities as well as the Umrah Operators to obtain full information about the passengers upon their demand.

TasHeel operates out of Jeddah (KAIA) and Madina (PMIA) Airports, Jeddah and Yanbu Seaports and of 9 land points for Meet & Assist program for Umrah passengers.

We also offer airlines to provide lounge service to their highly valued customers in the most cost efficient way. Airport lounges contribute & enhance significantly to convey a positive image about each airport & their management. Our lounges offer comfortable seating in a quiet way from the hustle & bustle of the busy airport terminals. All our lounges are equipped with latest model LED wide screen televisions and flight information screen.

TasHeel also offered their Meet & Assist services to VVIP attendees of Gulf Competitiveness Forum 2010 & 2012 (GCF) in Riyadh. The event was very significant by the notable presence of VVIP personalities like Michelle Dell (CEO, Dell Computers), John Rose (CEO, Rolls-Royce) and many.

Also it was a merit added achievement to TasHeel VIP Meet & Assist services team when they assisted the VVIP attendees of the Saudi Postal Conference held on 14th & 15th November 2007 in Jeddah.

TasHeel has awarded exclusive contract by Saudi Arabia General Investment Authority (SAGIA) to extend meet & greet services to the investors arriving at Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam International airports since 2011.

In the year 2011, TasHeel was awarded the contract to operate First Class Lounges at 23 domestic airports inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the General Authority of Civil Aviation.

The operation of the Domestic airport First Class Lounges was divided into two phases to ease and to deliver quality and serene surroundings to our valued customers.

The Domestic Airport lounges at Tabuk, Abha, Taif, Yanbu, Jizan & Nejran are operative since January 2012. The second phase include the airports in Hail, Bisha,Qassim, Al Jouf, Al Baha , Al Ula , Al Ahsa, Quraiyat, Arar, Qaisumah, Al Wajh, Rafa, Turief, Dawadami, Wadi Dawser & Sharourah and will be in operation by 2014.

In October 2006, TasHeel built the infrastructure and managed the operations of the First Class Lounge in North Terminal at King Abdul Aziz International Airport.
